Wow! I won 100 credits!

Wow! I won 100 credits! I came across many blogs talking about winning 50 credits and they we asking if anybody had won a 100 credits. Since joining BlogExplosion 4 days ago, I've won Five 50 credits and this is my first 100 credits. When I first joined BE, my sitemeter only registered 350 visitors. 4 days later, the last count at the moment is 815 Visitors and a total 2,249 page views! My blog Exploded! But the sweetest thing about joining BE is that I get to know people from around the world. There are a lot of nice people out there. There's also a blogger who rated me a 1 but the average rating for me is is 8.57. 3 bloggers have blogmarked this blog. At the same time, the Poll registers 23 votes.
In a short time of one week, I have learned many things, from toying with my blog template to the cultures of different places on earth. My geography improves too because I take the trouble to search a map on locations and countries I have never heard before. School holidays will begin in 2 days' time and I already have plans for the first few weeks. My parents will be taking us for holidays. I think I will miss blogging and surfing.
BTW, I'm at home this morning. Doctor gave me a 2 days' MC but I think I'll go to school tomorrow. I received a call from my classmate telling me that I've won a few prizes in school. One of the prizes was given out this morning during the Monday Assembly. My name was called but I was sleeping at home. *sigh* Medicines are yuckky and they make me sleep.
I also want to wish everybody a Happy Deepavali, Happy Holiday and a Selamat Hari Raya. It is nice to live in a country where all major festivals from every races and religions are celebrated. We have public holidays for all the festivals. Christmas is also celebrated here and being a Chinese, we also celebrate Chinese New Year.
Now, I look forward to the school holidays. On the first day itself, it is Deepavali. It means tosai, capati and muruku time. I'll follow my parents to visit a few of their friends. A few days later, it will be Hari Raya. It means lontong, ketupat, nasi minyak and all the delicious Malay food. I have 2 Malay families as neighbours. We always begin Hari Raya's feast here.
Happy Deepavali and Selamat Hari Raya. Happy Holidays too!
